Prices and Policiesas of July 1, 2008
Room Rates based on double occupancy.
Standard $160.00 per night plus tax.
Business $ 99.00 per night plus tax.
Third person in a room is additional $25.00 per night.
Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of room rate for stay.
Cancelations. Reservations which are cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival date will have deposits returned. Reservations which are cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date will forfit their deposits. If the cancelled room is rented durning the 7 day period then deposit will be returned.
Business rates available Sunday through Thursday nights only and includes continental breakfast.
Business rates are based on single occupancy.
Check in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Please arrange earlier or later arrivals in advance.
Any special dietary needs or requests must be made when you make your reservation.
We love animals, however our dog, Shiela, doesn't like to share the attention, therefore, we cannot accept pets.
Smoking is only outside in designated areas.
Discounts with two night minimum only.
Rates are subject to change.
Active Armed Services and National Guard or Reserves with a current ID 30%
AARP and AAA 20%
