Prices and Policiesas of April 1, 2010
Our rates will be as follows for the 2010 Season
Check Winter Rate in effect until 3/31/2010
Standard Rates $180.00 per night plus tax.
Room Rates based on double occupancy.
Third person in a room is additional $25.00 per night.
Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of room rate for stay.
Cancellations. Reservations which are cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival date will have deposits returned. Reservations which are cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit their deposits. If the cancelled room is rented during the 7 day period then deposit will be returned.
Business rates $100.00 per night plus tax
Business rates available Sunday through Thursday nights only and includes continental breakfast. Based on single occupancy.
Check in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Please arrange earlier or later arrivals in advance. Check out 11:00 am.
Please make us aware of any special dietary needs or requests when your reservation is made.
We love animals, however our dog, Sheila, doesn't like to share the attention, therefore, we cannot accept pets.
Smoking is only outside in designated areas.
Discounts with minimum of two nights stay only.
Rates are subject to change.
Active Armed Services and National Guard or Reserves with a current ID 20%
AARP and AAA 10% with active membership card
Traveling in a Group??? Ask about renting all three rooms
Discount based on Double Occupancy/Two night minimum
