Reservations are held only with a valid credit card.
StandardRates $180.00 per night plus tax.
Room Rates based on double occupancy.
Third person in a room is additional $20.00 per night.
Business rates $100.00 per night plus tax Based on single occupancy
Business rates available Sunday through Thursday nights only. Continental breakfast.
Reservation confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of room rate for stay. Two nights required on weekends. Based on availability we will be happy to waive this policy no sooner than 6PM on the Thursday prior the weekend.
Standard Discounts: Active Armed Services & National Guard or Reserves with current ID 30%
AARP/AAA 20% with current card. Traveling in groups? Rent all three rooms/same night 20%

Cancellations. Reservations which are cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival date will have deposits returned.
Reservations which are cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit their deposits.
If the cancelled room is rented during the 7 day period then deposit will be returned.
Check in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Please arrange earlier or later arrivals in advance. Check out 11:00 am.
Dietary needs.Please make us aware of any special dietary needs or requests when your reservation is made.
Pets We love animals, however our dog, Sheila, doesn't like to share the attention, therefore, we cannot accept pets.
Smoking Please only in outside areas. Let us know if you need an ashtray.
