Rates & Policies

Reservations are held only with a valid credit card.  Any discounts should be requested at time of reservation. Only one discount applies to each stay.  Rates are based on double occupancy/ two night minimum (unless otherwise noted).  County and State taxes are added to price of stay.

Reservation confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of room rate for stay.

Standard Rate $160.00 per night plus taxes.   Additional person in a room is additional $25.00 per night. 

Two nights required on weekends. Based on availability we may be happy to waive this policy no sooner than 6PM on the Thursday prior the weekend.

 Discount: Active duty and retired members of the Armed Forces of the United States with ID card 10%.        Only one discount or special applies to each stay.

Cancellations: Reservations which are cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival date will have $20.00 cancellation fee. Reservations which are cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit their deposits or charged one nights fee.  If the cancelled room is rented during the 7 day period then deposit will be returned.  Check in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Please arrange earlier or later arrivals in advance. Check out 11:00 am.

Dietary needs: Please make us aware of any special dietary needs or requests when your reservation is made.

Pets:  We love animals, however our dogs don’t like to share the attention, therefore, we cannot accept pets.  Our dogs are not allowed on the B&B side of the house.
Children: Children must be 12 years or older.
Smoking Please only in outside areas. Let us know if you need an ashtray.
